BOAT RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- Advance reservation is necessary
- Bookings are finalized after a 50% deposit has been paid
- Remaining 50% is to be paid before boarding
- Cancellation is free until 48 hours prior to cruise
- Cancellation fee: within 48 hours prior to cruise 50% of total price
- Under unfavorable weather conditions reservations may be re-scheduled
- Prices do not include harbor charges, these will be indicated in our full price offer in e-mail
- Reservation conditions for Terra Catering: next day dinner can be reserved until 12:00, full payment has to arrive 24 hrs prior to cruise. Book 48 hours ahead for weekends. In case of card payment, bank charges will be added to the invoice
